Terms of Use
Last updated: October 26, 2026
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Frontir websites, candidate experience, interview tools, talent pool, opportunity listings, and organization workspace (together, the "Service"). The Service is provided by Frontir Ltd. ("Frontir," "we," or "us"), based in Israel. By creating an account, applying for a role, conducting an interview, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Who may use the Service
You must be legally able to agree to these Terms. If you use the Service for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to act for it. Organizations are responsible for the activity of their authorized users. Keep your account credentials secure, provide accurate account information, and notify us if you believe your account has been compromised. Do not share an account or use someone else's identity.
How Frontir works
Organizations can publish opportunities, receive applications, invite candidates to interviews, and review candidate information and AI-assisted output. Candidates can create a profile, join the talent pool, view opportunities, apply for roles, and complete interviews. Features may vary by account, organization, and availability. Frontir provides software and does not act as the employer, guarantee an interview or job offer, or make a final hiring decision.
Candidate responsibilities
Provide information you are entitled to share and make a reasonable effort to keep your profile, CV, applications, and interview responses accurate. Do not impersonate another person, submit misleading credentials, or use unauthorized assistance during an assessment. You remain responsible for deciding whether to apply for an opportunity and for checking its details with the organization. Published opportunities may change or close without notice.
When you apply to an organization, it may receive the information you submit and related interview or assessment results. Participation in the Frontir talent pool does not mean every organization can view your profile; access follows the features and sharing choices made available to you in the Service. For information about personal data, see the Candidate Privacy Noticeand Privacy Policy.
Organization responsibilities
Organizations control their job postings, application requirements, interview settings, access permissions, and hiring decisions. They must have a lawful basis to collect and use candidate information, give required notices, obtain any required recording or other consents, honor applicable data rights, and comply with employment, anti-discrimination, privacy, and AI laws that apply to their use of the Service. Organizations must review AI-assisted output with appropriate human judgment and give candidates any review or explanation required by law. They must not use Frontir output as the sole basis for a decision where that is prohibited by law.
Organizations must ensure that their postings and instructions are accurate, lawful, and do not request unnecessary sensitive information. They are responsible for configuring their workspace and for their authorized users, including any applicant data they export or connect to other systems.
Interviews, recordings, and AI
Some interviews use AI to ask questions, transcribe responses, and generate assessments or comparisons with role requirements. Where enabled and consented to, an interview may include audio, video, or screen recording. The Service will request any separate recording consent required in the interview flow. If you do not consent to a required feature, you may be unable to complete that interview; contact the recruiting organization about another process.
AI output can be incomplete or inaccurate. Organizations must assess it in context and remain responsible for hiring decisions. Candidates who want to correct information, provide context, or question an assessment should contact the relevant recruiting organization. Frontir does not use customer or candidate content to train a generalized Frontir or third-party AI model except as described in our Privacy Policy.
Content and permitted use
You retain rights in the content you submit. You grant Frontir a limited right to host, process, display, and share that content as needed to provide the Service, carry out your actions and the organization's settings, secure the Service, and comply with law. You confirm that you have the rights needed to submit the content. Frontir retains rights in the Service, including its software, design, and branding. These Terms give you a limited, non-exclusive right to use the Service for its intended purposes while you comply with them.
Do not interfere with the Service, bypass security or access controls, scrape or extract data without authorization, upload malware, infringe others' rights, or use the Service to harass, discriminate, or conduct unlawful activity. Do not attempt to reverse engineer the Service except where applicable law permits it.
Privacy and integrations
Our Privacy Policy and Candidate Privacy Notice explain how personal information is handled. When an organization determines the purposes of processing candidate data, it is generally responsible for that processing and Frontir acts on its behalf, as described in those notices and any applicable data processing agreement. Organizations are responsible for their use of connected applicant tracking systems and other third-party services, which may have separate terms and privacy practices.
Commercial arrangements
Any applicable fees, usage limits, payment terms, support commitments, and data processing terms for an organization are set out in its separate written agreement or order with Frontir. If that agreement conflicts with these Terms on a commercial or organization-specific matter, the separate agreement controls. Frontir will disclose any charge for candidate features before it applies.
Availability, suspension, and ending use
We may change or discontinue features, or temporarily interrupt the Service for maintenance, security, or operational reasons. We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect the Service or others, address unlawful use, or respond to a breach of these Terms. Where practical, we will give notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue. You may stop using the Service at any time. An organization's termination rights and data return or deletion arrangements are governed by its separate agreement. Personal data requests can be made through our data deletion request form.
Disclaimers and liability
Frontir works to provide a reliable Service, but does not promise uninterrupted operation, the accuracy of AI output or third-party job content, or a particular recruitment outcome. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Frontir is not responsible for hiring decisions made by organizations or for losses caused by inaccurate information supplied by users or third parties. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits a candidate's mandatory rights. Any agreed commercial liability allocation with an organization is set out in its separate written agreement.
Changes and disputes
We may update these Terms as the Service or applicable requirements change. We will post the revised version with a new date and give additional notice of material changes where required. Changes apply prospectively. Your continued use after the revised Terms take effect means you accept them; if you do not, stop using the Service. These Terms are governed by the laws of Israel, subject to any mandatory protections that apply where you live. Before starting a formal dispute, please contact us so we can try to resolve it.
